It's better to read this, and then post your spec page as requested, in this thread.
Include the link, in green, from the bottom of your spec page. This makes it easy to suggest what changes to make.

And if you tell us your monitors full brand name, we'll know exactly which one you mean and have it's exact specs to hand.
For example, I have a Gigabyte M34WQ, that tells us it's a 3440 x 1440p, 144Hz, etc.
I don't know MSI monitors, so "MSI 144hz, AMD freesync, 1ms response time, curved" does narrow the list down, but there are still several to choose from. It could change the specs of a suggested GPU.
A balanced computer has the right gpu to support your monitor, with the appropriate cpu, motherboard and cooling, in a suitable case, with a suitable PSU.
I don't know a great deal about building a well balanced rig, so I'm not in a position to say if yours is, or not.

Thanks, that's helpful :)
I personally would suggest 2 things, leaving your actual hardware aside for now.
There are others in here much better qualified on that front than me.

Ditch Norton Antivirus, it's a resource hog. Windows Defender isn't and is just as good. Norton is also a pig to uninstall.
If you wanted it for game optimisation, Nvidia Experience is a free download from your gpu manufacturer. It's specific to Nvidia, so presumably better than the generic optimiser from Norton.

Also, upgrade your warranty to Silver. For £5 you can't go wrong.

Wary that we’re a little over budget, unfortunately components still aren’t the cheapest.

Case
LIAN LI LANCOOL 215 GAMING CASE Much better airflow case
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 Six Core CPU (3.5GHz-4.4GHz/35MB CACHE/AM4) Saves around £40 without massively impacting gaming performance.
Motherboard
ASUS® PRIME B550-PLUS (DDR4, USB 3.2, 6Gb/s) - ARGB Ready!
Memory (RAM)
16GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 3600MHz (2 x 8GB) A little flashy but only saves £15 downgrading to 3200mhz.
Graphics Card
8GB AMD RADEON™ RX 6600 - HDMI, DP - DX® 12 Substantial gaming performance boost for £20.
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB PCS PCIe M.2 SSD (3300 MB/R, 2900 MB/W) Corsair drive is nice but can’t quite fit it into the budget. Would recommend adding in a second m.2 drive down the line.
Power Supply
CORSAIR 750W TXm SERIES™ SEMI-MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET The CV series are designed with office PCs in mind. This gives you an upgrade path in the future.
Power Cable
1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead)
Processor Cooling
PCS FrostFlow 150 Series High Performance CPU Cooler A decent air cooler is ample for the 5600.
Thermal Paste
STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
Sound Card
ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Network Card
10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT
Wireless Network Card
WIRELESS INTEL® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 2,400Mbps/5GHz, 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD + BT 5.0 The wireless card of choice. Can drop it if you’ll be using an Ethernet connection.
USB/Thunderbolt Options
MIN. 2 x USB 3.0 & 2 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL + MIN. 2 FRONT PORTS
Operating System

Thank you for detailed reply. Is there any specific processor cooling that I should use for the 5600?

If you're only gaming on the 5600 any air cooler will be fine. If you were doing some more intensive stuff like rendering or editing it would be advisable to get a higher end air cooler or AIO, but I mainly went for the Frostflow 150 as it's a solid cooler that's also in stock. For your use case the standard cooler is honestly fine in terms of cooling performance if you want to save an extra £30 or so. The main downside to it is that it's quite loud compared to some of the other air coolers on offer.

Yes I would only be gaming on the 5600 but would I need a 180-250watt cooler if I wanted to upgrade my CPU in the future?

Wattage ratings on coolers are pretty much nonsense: don't pay much attention to them.

And the answer to your question is "yes, probably". Maybe some chips would be ok (the 5700X for example) but probably you'd want something more capable if you were doing an upgrade.
