I'd suggest reading this especially the section on AMD v intel, then if you like to let us know your budget & monitor details I'm sure we can sort something

AMD seems to be better so I should go with it ? I will be using the pc for gaming , rust , gmod, gta, etc. budget is a bit under 1k euro and my monitor is : MSI 23.6" Optix G241VC - 1920 x 1080, 1MS, 75Hz . Is that alright or should I upgrade ? Thank you

If your budget is as low as 1K euro, then i would suggest you look at a console as that's only about £855 and the way prices are at the moment that doesn't go anywhere in fact i'd think you are looking at about 1500 euro minimum

For the pc I have made what is wrong with it ? And does monitor suit
Ok from the top, we've covered the CPU so lets move on, the mother board is last generation and wouldn't cope with a modern cpu for gaming, the memory is to slow you want at least 3200MHz, HDD's are ok for general storage but not as a system drive, the PSU is too small aand that model is more for just an office machine

As @MrWilson has mentioned, the value for money a console offers these days is unbeliveable. For 600 EUR, you get a 1440p experience that you'd need to pay 1900 EUR for if you wanted a comparable PC. For lower budgets, it's sadly the only real option there is, especially with the way the GPU market is right now.

AMD recently released their APU CPU's- this effectively means there's a GPU built into the CPU. The performance these give isn't great by any standard and are no where near the level that a current gen console will give you. The idea behind this build is the APU will give you a playable experience for now, then once you have some more cash saved and the GPU market has settled, you'd be able to find a GPU to put in for a much improved gaming experience. To keep your expectations realistic, I'd recommend giving this video a watch from about the 7:45 mark to see what your experience would be like. Again, I must iterate this won't give anywhere near the performance of a current gen console for a considerably higher amount of money and the whole idea behind this build is that you can put in a GPU in a few months time. If you can't do that, I really wouldn't recommend this method. Anyway, onto the build itself.

The Lancool 215 is a solid budget case that will come with capable cooling for whatever card you plan to put in there. For the APU, we need the 5600G, once a GPU is added it'll be a strong CPU for gaming. To pair with that, I'd recommend the TUF B550. I've gone for Wifi, but if you use ethernet, then this can be swapped back to the standard version. For RAM, you need dual channel and it needs to be fast so I've gone for a 16GB kit of 2x8GB @ 3200mhz. For storage, there's a 1TB m.2 which will suffice for now, but will need adding to down the road. Overspeccing on the PSU will allow you to put anything up to a 3070 in here when the time comes. The stock cooler will suffice for the 5600G but could be upgraded in the future. I've removed the anti-virus as it's known to cause issues and the Silver warranty is well worth the £5.

For monitors. I'd look straight to 1080p 144hz to better pair with a future GPU (like a 2060 or 3060). Our two go to-options for this are the AOC 24G2U and the MSI Optix G241 which should be a similar price to the G241VC you mentioned above.
