That spec will max out anything you throw at it, possibly add a 750W psu that way you can add a 2nd GPU and still have a bit of wiggle room.

I lol'd at this thread Can't believe I'm gonna say that to the guy who was ready to spend 7.5k on a PC, but you could consider upping your budget a tad and fit in an SSD, it will make everything a lot faster and if you're looking for performance that means less loading times.
Apart from that the spec u posted is pretty good. Now reassure me on something, you said

An SSD cache drive makes an HDD faster for frequently accessed data,
an SSD drive is not essential but it will make your system faster on boot & loading applications.
