That driver should also be available on your driver section when you log into PCspecialist. I'm convinced it's a Realtek HD Audio chip, that's the most common onboard audio controller for laptops these days. You can find the model/spare number of your existing DIMMs by using CPU-Z -> SPD.

As long as you make sure it's the same speed and voltage, it shouldn't matter really. In most cases they probably use the same chip anyway. In your case you would need SO-DIMM, DDR3, 1600mhz (PC3-12800), 1.5v, Non-ECC Unbuffered. That shouldn't be too hard to find.
