Just kidding. It's absolutely stunning and I'm so glad I've ordered from PCS.

No really, I mean it:

(This is obviously my first desktop and I've no idea what to do with it.)

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
CASE: Corsair 5000D Airflow
PSU: Corsair 850W RM Series Modular 80 Plus Gold, Ultra Quiet
GPU: Zotac RTX 3090
MOTHERBOARD: Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus WiFi
AIO: Corsair H115i RGB Pro XT
RAM: 64GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200MHz
SSD: 1TB Samsung 980 Pro M.2

Here's a pic of my humble setup:

I was never really crazy about RGB lights inside the PC, and I'm glad I can turn the rest off. (Just former emo kid things, don't mind me! :ROFLMAO:)

I did spend some extra time organising my cables, as I do have a mild OCD and it's a mess to look for a single cable if I need to adjust some things. I've used the spare Corsair velcro ties and some double sided tape to keep things in place. I'm open to suggestions!

I'm really happy with it, and it will serve as a great design machine for many years!

That's amazing man! <3 Congratulations for your rig, it's amazing!

Question: how many days did you have to wait to get your rig? I'm genuinely curious cause we share (minus the Case, PSU, Motherboard and a couple of SSDs) the same rig!

Good spot, surge protector is a must! One from Sainsburys or others is fine, you can usually get a 4 port one for about a tenner.
Thanks, I happen to have one laying around.
Man it's great! Really glad you finally got your PC as well :D
Yup, the wait has been far too long so it's still pretty surreal to have it here.

Thanks! It arrived after approximately three weeks, FedEx bizarre trip to France and back to UK before coming to Dublin included.
PC looks great, first image, aahm do you and the PC want to get a hotel room  also, Agent cooper will see cable management, agent cooper no likey, agent cooper smash

I’d get two things, a decent multi socket surge protected extension lead and a cable tray to affix to the underside of the desk.

Extension lead runs a single cable from the wall socket up and into the tray, that’s where everything else can plug in and be kept nicely out of sight. It’ll be safer than your current setup too 👍

Thanks for this! Does this have to mounted to the desk? I don't think I want to damage it in any way as it's not mine. Also - can PS4, speaker, monitor and a PC all plugged into that extension lead?

Most cable trays will screw into the underside of the desk, where no marks would ever be noticed unless you really went looking for them. But I think you can get ones that clamp on as well, if that’s better for you.

As long as you get the right amount of sockets you can plug whatever you like in. Surge protection is the key part, it’s worth spending £25 or so, I don’t trust the ones that only cost a couple of quid from home bargains.

Thanks! I'm coming from a Lenovo Yoga 720 laptop with 1050 2GB and i7 7700HQ that constantly runs on 98 degrees... :ROFLMAO:

Done AND done! Here's a link to a video that took 3 minutes to render in Cinema4D (unlike 6 hours on the laptop) without going above 70 degrees, haha!

Funnily enough, none of the games I've tried truly max out the 3090.

I've tried Control: and Resident Evil 8 demo: (Anyone else completely in love with Lady Dimitrescu?)

Long story short, I will be departing from all of my social circles as I do not need any of that nonsense.

I mean, I'm sure you probably had a good idea how much quicker your renders would be on the new machine compared to the laptop but I'd say you still laughed maniacally when a 'Render Complete' popup appeared after 3 minutes on that first render. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
