You've got a very slow SATA SSD as the primary drive, I would swap that for an M2

Yes, the one you have selected is an old SSD very slow nowadays. Any of the M2’s will be substantially quicker.

Whatever fits your budget, just not an Optane ssd if that’s an option.

Yeah, that's the one I'd recommend at a budget, its a fantastic drive.
