Keyboard suddenly not working

I have started having the exact same problem in the past week, I left messages for the support team and the only help i got was them saying if you're confident enough take the machine apart and unplug/plugin the keyboard ribbon cable sure that fixed it bit they basically offered no help with the laptop they may have built poorly and the problem keeps coming back it isn't a permanent fix.

So report that to them, this is a custom laptop, they will give advice on how you can fix it without having to RMA it, that's the joy of custom chassis. If that doesn't work, then you need to feed that back and set up an RMA.
