I am always lagging to the point where i get kicked out of my game daily on Valorant and my computer can not run more then one game without lagging so much.

Yeah that's not a gaming capable machine mate, no gpu, 1 stick of RAM and very underpowered CPU

It certainly doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play Valorant

I didn't chat on the forum before buying it, I just entered my reasons for buying it initially as gaming. Perhaps I should contact the sales team?

If you're still in the return window I would send it back asap, it's barely fit for any function you'd be better with a tablet than that machine

@Steveyg , I'm guessing its outside of the return window unfortunately as Bullguard is in that spec, and that (thankfully) hasn't been on the configurator for a while
