Laptop advice

So I've been searching around for a decent gaming laptop and i know for sure i want an rtx 2060 in it. unsure on whether to go for the intel 10875h or the ryzen 4800h. Was looking at the 15.6" optimus pro model but i can't find any info on the heat management or fan noise.

i was considering the razer blade 15 with the same specs as I've heard it's quiet and not too bad for heat management.

longevity is also important but i feel like that's an obvious statement.

any help and advice would be appreciated

You can also go for the Recoil IV with very similar specs for a slightly more expensive price nearer £2000 but with double the battery life and a 240Hz monitor.

If I was you, I'd wait for a moderator to give their own advice as they are pretty much experts at this. I know more about the software of a PC than the hardware as I am planning to be a software engineer. So I know the basics, but really only that of hardware.

do you want it for gaming or CPU intensive work?

this is overkill for gaming.

this is ridiculous overkill for CPU intensive work, pairing it with the ryzen 7 3700x is also a reasonable equip.
