You haven't had any replies yet because it's very hard to know what to say about a build like this. It's ultra, ultra budget: almost as cheap a system as you can buy on this website. It will be decidedly limited: even web browsing will be slow by modern standards. It will have essentially no storage space. If it is to be used solely for web browsing, I guess it will work, but I can't say I'd want to try it.

Do you have a maximum budget?

Its for bro. He Just wants a laptop that is fast enough to surf internet. He wont be doing anything heavy on it..

Can it browse the internet? Yeah, probably. It won't be a great experience.

Honestly, the most valuable component of the build is the Windows licence, which can easily be transferred to a new computer when he decides to get something more capable.

How much would u think he would need to spend on a laptop that is fast enough just to browse internet. Nothing else.

I would not at any rate use an eMMC storage , they are very very slow and is not good to be used with Windows 10 . Use anything else and I do mean anything else but eMMC storage . They are basically an oversized SD-card and have huge performance and durability issues in Windows over time . Even the cheapest Intel or SanDisk SSD is lightyears better than eMMC .

I reckon £550ish can get you something that is at least worth buying. Not that I would, but it at least wouldn't be e-waste the day after delivery.

To be clear, I am not recommending this, not least because I am not familiar with PCS's various laptop series but also because I don't think this makes enormous sense still. But this is the absolute lowest grade laptop PCS sell that I would feel comfortable pointing to in terms of components.

It has a far, far faster processor, better memory, a better iGPU, and far better storage (as @KriSta says, the eMMC storage is horrible), as well as an upgraded warranty and no pointless anti-virus.
