All you need to do is choose a size. A @SpyderTracks said up-page, a 50x50 sheet should do both CPU and GPU in your laptop.

Please watch a video, you don't remove the CPU or GPU at all, only the heatsink.

As already stated, you won't find anything searching for ionico, that's PCS branding not the name of the actual laptop, you need to use the chassis model number on the sticker on the underside of the laptop.

Yes, using a razor blade or very sharp modelling knife or something of that sort.

When you get inside, if you look carefully you'll see all the screws are numbered, undo in reverse order to remove the hear sink etc, then once you've got the sheets in place, do them back up in numerical order but do them gradually

I opened the case up but failed to see the screws are numbered, I take it then there is a number next to each screw somewhere. I'll have another look before I dismantle anything

The screws themselves won't be numbered but the location they are screwing into on the pressure plate should be embossed. They are on my laptop as well. I have 2 that have stickers with the numbers on them also.
