Laptops battary is not charging at all

Despite ensuring that the laptop is plugged into a functioning power outlet and that the power adapter is connected securely, the battery does not seem to charge. Its struct on 0%. When i remove charger, laptop shut downs. I've also checked the charging cable and ports for any physical damage or obstructions, but the problem persists.
Using the original charger.

Sounds as though the battery has died, not difficult to change, check in the spare parts section of your main account for a replacement

No idea what happened with your previous issue, so no idea if it's related so can't really give any advice other than to call PCS.

@gusgorman i think i need to change the battary ..i tried multiple solutions but none of them are working.
