I'm running Linux on the 15" model, you'll want Kernel 5.8+ so an Arch based distro is your best bet atm. I am having small issues with it constantly though but eventually i'll be able to iron it out.

Manjaro is Arch-based and I have found that has worked well on three machines tried so far. One thing with AMD is that they have been very quick to release patches once any problems arise.
