Hi there,
This build could do with some adjustments.
Firstly, if you’re able to, I would recommend holding off for a little while. New AMD CPUs drop in September which are on a new platform and will offer much more upgradeability and longevity.
If you don’t want to wait (which if this PC is just for gaming/leisure I would strongly recommend waiting) please let us know your budget and we can spec something more appropriate for your needs.

I can't get a balanced PC that makes sense in your budget with the monitor and keyboard included.
You say your old pc died. If that is the case can you transfer your window license from that? It doesn't matter what version of windows you had on it you would be able to use the licence (which is now linked to you Microsoft account) to activate Windows 11 on your new PC.
If you can do that then the below spec would be much better in almost every way than the specification above and only £20 over budget.

I just couldn't recommend anything under a 3000 series GPU at this time.
The 2060 is almost 4 years old and costs almost as much as the 3060, it's just not worth it by any stretch of the imagination.
Similarly, as soon as the upcoming 4000 series GPU's are announced in literally a month or so, the prices of the 3000 series are going to absolutely plummet as there are soooo many surplus cards in the market as nVidia way over produced as they didn't expect the crypto market to crash the way it did. Seriously, just don't buy a GPU at the moment, leave it just a month or so for the announcement and you'll see 3000 series cards going for next to nothing.

My understanding is the 6gb 2060 is on par or slightly better than the 3050 and its cheaper.
The 3060 is about £100 more expensive.

The 3050 is a really poor card and shouldn't be bought by anyone, it's just a terrible card in all aspects. Should never have been released.
By current standards, the 2060 is a poor card and way overpriced.
The 3050 is not the card to be aiming for, as above, wait for a couple of weeks and get a 3060 way under the current cost of a 2060.
I which case maybe go for the 12400 or the 5600G (better graphics than the intel) and use integrated graphics until the 3060 comes down in price. (I suspect it will be more than a couple of weeks as there always seems to be a lag in prices dropping after new cards are released.)
