If you don't tell us what it's for, we can't advise whether it's suitable or not.

Take a read of the link above and update your post with the answers to the questions raised around usage/monitor/budget...although I will say I think you're over-speccing/spending on the motherboard and not spending/speccing enough on the case and PSU.
