Missing port

Hi,
I received my new desktop today and found that the e-mail sent and booklet description doesn't match the order I have received.
The e-mail and booklet clearly show that the monitor must not be placed in the top set of ports but the lower set which has a DVI port but my desk-top only has what looks like a row of USB ports, and so I am unable to plug in a monitor.
Could you please advise.
This is the message I've just sent to PC Specialist I am assuming it was forgotten about when built.
The pc is a ready built Falcon 60.
Has any-one else experienced this.

The graphics card likely has four ports on it, three DisplayPort and one HDMI. You need to connect your monitor using either DisplayPort or HDMI, with a suitable cable. You have to supply your own cable if there is not one in the PC packaging.

If you are still unsure after reading IRLRobinS's response then:
Don't suppose you've got a link to the PC - I can never find the named PC's in th configurator - so if you have a link we can see whats actually in it
Also it may help if you could take a pic of the back of the PC for us

12GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3060 - HDMI, DP, LHR.
From the configuration page, HDMI, Display Port and LHR.
Just as @IRLRobinS suggested.

The 'top set' referred to in your manual will probably be the ports from the motherboard.
You want the set of ports from your graphics card.
There will have been a few cables with your monitor. At least one of those will be what you need.
If not, nip into your nearest PC shop, they'll have the correct cable.
Check under your monitor, to make sure at least one of the ports there matches.
If not, your local PC shop may be able to supply a patch cable, which converts from one type to another.
You'll also need a note of exactly what types of ports your monitor has.
