Motherboard for high end system!

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to understand what are the implications of choosing an ASUS® ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING vs an ASUS® CROSSHAIR VIII HERO for a system that has

CPU: AMD 5950x
Ram: 32GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 3200 (2x 16GB)
GPU: RTX 3090

I'm tempted at shaving off this £93 difference between that 2 Motherboard, would this make sense?
If not why?


What are the implication of choosing the first over the latest?

Fair enough let me give you a bit more info,

Regarding the budget, I'm thinking the opposite way, instead of setting a limit, I'm trying to understand If I can shave off a little bit from a system that cost £3k at this stage from the motherboard specifically.
I surely want the RTX 3090 and the AMD 5950X.

I will use this build for game developing mainly, so rendering and processing power is a must.

regarding the monitor, I'm thinking to pair it up with an LGCX 48.


I hope this can give a bit better overview of my indecision of which motherboard I should go for
