It's configured with latency in mind, the new 5000 series have majorly reduced latency generally, they're far better than Intel ever were.Excellent soundcard choice. I'm using a Babyface Pro FS and an SPL Crimson.
Desktops generally don't have so many DPC problems as laptops in my experience so you should be fine.
RAM wise I think for now, 3200MHz is safest due to stability issues getting 3600MHz stable. I'm sure they'll iron that out in a future BIOS update, but for now, for whatever reason, it is still an issue.
But on any windows machine, you can optimise for reduced latency, but that's something the user needs to do. There are some great articles to help out with that:
