Basically on every internet speed test im doing im getting 30-35 mbps but in actuality on my pc im getting 2-4mbps and whenever im playing any online games like valorant etc. my ping is relatively low but im stuttering a LOT. Ive done a full reset of my pc recently and cleaned it not too long ago but im posting here just to try anything else before i have to sink money into getting it properly looked
