what monitor will you be using with it (type, resolution & refresh rate)?
what is your budget?

It's impossilbe to say if the build is worthwhile without knowing what it's being used with.

I play at 1080p I'm using a old monitor

The build is completely overpowered for the monitor, the 2080ti is completely wasted.

It's also on an old chipset that's vastly outperformed by 3rd gen Ryzen.

I would cancel the build and get some advice on something more appropriate.

That build is going to be bottlenecked by the CPU and monitor.

But there are many issues with it besides that.

You could get far better performance for a lot less money.
