This is when I when I was trying to open up valorant. also restarted my PC before to see if it would be improve the time it took

Again, you hadn't sorted by writes so we can't see what's using the disk.

Also the issue is that I have opened valorant loads of time and it does not go to 100% disk usage for more than a second or 2. And when I open it how it on 100% disk usage for like 20 seconds plus.

just click on the write header until the arrow points downwards.

But we need to see valorant opening also, otherwise we have no metric to see how long it's taking.

Also according to your program output, you don't have discord installed. So when you say it takes a while to open, are you opening it in the browser? Or is the list not complete?

Firstly, for discord I downloaded it for windows, that option I picked on the web site

when I opened valorant it was a lot quicker than last time definitely a more normal time for me but when I opened the solfware for the first time to took like 3 times longer.

If you feel performance is slow, then just do a clean install.

when I took this video I had just closed valorant 2 mins before and on the second time opening it was quick

But the thing is when I restart my PC it’s super slow I will get a video to show
