Hi all,

I recently got my customised pc last week and has been working a dream but today I had the pc on for a couple hours and was playing a game and it’s randomly shutdown, I tried to turn it back on but it won’t although I can see light on inside the pc case itself. I’m so confused as to what’s going on, hopefully you guys can help..

Just having looked on further inspection neither my back or front fans or moving at all when the pc is turned on, just from google and speaking to some friends they think it’s a motherboard issue.. really disappointing considering I’ve only had the pc less than a week.

It's worth checking all connections are correct and everything is seated properly. it could be a chance something has come loose.

What light on motherboard is showing? Could help narrow down where the fault is

I can’t upload a photo to show you guys but the Corsair pack that the back fan is wired to is lit up I can hear the psu so I know that. And the blue light on the gpu is on. I’d post photos but they’re too large.

So the PC is getting power? But no output to the monitor?

Just to the right of the ram sticks there 4 led lights are any of them lighting up?

Sorry to hear this, it sounds like the same issue I had with my 8 year old PC last November, and thus buying a new one from PCS. The PSU, GPU etc all powers up just fine, but any fans on the MoBo don't work (and thus the AIO doesn't either since that is powered by MoBo), no post LED lights, no screen info, nothing, the green "on" light on the mobo is on though - so it's getting power...

Not sure how to diagnose this, other than "the mobo is broken". So will be interested in the comments on this thread so see if anyone suggest anything different.

Hi guys sorry about the late response - life got busy. Upon trying somethings what I was having to do was sometimes everything would come on but it wouldn’t light up and there would be nothing on the screen, by removing my SSD and then putting it back it would work. Now though even that isn’t working and it’s turning on and not lighting up. I believe it’s a motherboard issue. Which is annoying as it’s all brand new and I’ve only had the pc less than a month

Yeah I guess.. I literally just pressed all the connections in and it booted up. I’m be try confused about the pc and there was nothing obviously loose. But I imagine next start it will have the same issue again.
