My screen freezes for no reason (Initial 15.6" with Ubuntu 20.04).

Hello,
I recently bought an Initia Series 15.6", and I installed Ubuntu 20.04 with one unique encrypted partition for system and data (LUKS).
Now I'm running on Ubuntu 20.04.2.
I was running on kernel 5.8.0.48. I started having problems : screen freeze (more and more often) until the screen was freezing even on the purple the log-in page so I could only work in recovery mode, which is nearly impossible ! It was better with 5.8.0.45 but eventually the problem came back.
I downgraded the kernel to 5.4.0.70 (with sudo apt install --install-recommends linux-generic), which solved the problem (except for suspend mode which usually freezes the computer). But now I have the problem again !
The only thing I can do is shut down with the power button and restart.

My config is in the attached file and below is the error log when I had to shut down a couple times.

Do you have an idea of what's going on ?

Hello,
No, unfortunately, no answer !
I posted on 3 forums including this one.
So I'm stuck with no sleep mode and the occasional freeze...
Do you have the same problem or any idea about the solution ?

My system freezes very often now :
- on the connection screen
- for no reason once the session is open (doesn't seem to depend on the software running)
- when I try to put the computer to sleep

I tried with Ubuntu 21.04, my screen froze after error messages at the beginning.

I also tried with Ubuntu Mate 20.04.3 and Ubuntu 20.04.3, it froze again with slightly different error messages at the beginning.

Can it be a hardware problem ? Is it useful to reset/upgrade the BIOS ? How can I do it ?
