Need help deciding best value build for high FPS

Case: Corsair 175R Mid Tower
Motherboard: Asus Prime B450-PLUS (DDR4,USB 3.1,6Gb/s)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: GeForce RTX 3070
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 16GB (3200MHz)
Drive: 1TB SSD
PSU: Corsair 550W TXm - Semi-Modular 80 Plus Gold, Ultra Quiet
CPU Cooling: Noctua NH-U14S Ultra Quiet (Best air CPU cooler PC Specialist offer & I'm scared of liquid cooling leaking and ruining my rig - I have never used liquid cooling)

Extras:

1 - Arctic MX-4 Thermal Paste
2 - 5x Corsair LL120 Fan
3 - Asus Xonar AE 7.1 Sound Card
4 - Wireless Intel Wifi 6 AX-200 (2,400 Mbps/5Ghz, 300 Mbps/2.4Ghz)
5 - USB 1x Type A, 1x Type C, USB 3.1 PCI-E Card + Standard USB Ports

Is this a good value rig? I am hoping to run as many frames as possible on 1080p games. I would go for liquid cooling but I am scared I won't maintain it properly or it will leak and ruin my rig. Is there anything that is worth getting for slightly more money or anything I should consider? Anything I haven't thought about? I feel like this is the perfect rig for my needs and I could easily upgrade if necessary. I don't know everything about building PC rigs so please share your knowledge. I also want a rig that will be "futureproof" for at least 5 years+

I don't feel as though I am at risk of any bottlenecking here but please say if there is something I have missed or could do better. I AM NOT looking for minor improvements that will cost significantly more but any major improvements for little bit extra money welcome. This rig on PC specialist is roughly £1,500-£1,600 depending on preferences. My quote is £1528.00 to be exact.

EDIT: I am also not looking to overclock this rig at all because I am also after as much longevity of the PC as possible.

For 1080p, unless you have a 360 Hz monitor, you will be wasting the GTX 3070 and could put that part of the budget to other areas - better motherboard, all in one liquid cooling, which needs no maintenance and won’t fry your rig, a better PSU to allow for future expansion. You won’t need a separate sound card, as on board sound will be good enough. If you get the right case (I’m no expert here), you won’t need all those extra fans.

Well I was thinking of potentially investing in a 360hz monitor one day so in response to that part it wouldn't be a waste. Why should I get a better motherboard and whats wrong with the one I've suggested? All in one liquid sounds good and I would be prepared to invest in it if you're saying there is no chance of leaks or maintenance however doesn't the fluid break down after a while and you have to get a new one? With a ryzen and an rtx 3070 im not hoping to expand anytime soon and would be willing to upgrade the PSU at that time. Im also looking for something cheaper on the electric bill. I know I dont need a separate sound card but I want it just for improved audio on games. I just want a cool system without liquid cooling so that the parts last longer.

I appreciate all your helpful tips. I will try to bare these in mind but if you would kindly respond to my points also. Im just trying to get a better understanding.

I also want a rig that will be good in 5-10 years it might be overkill now but not in the future

The 550 and 570 boards are newer and more likely to support upgrades in the future. How soon is one day for the 360 Hz monitor? By then, a whole new generation of GPUs might be out. By getting a GPU that is overpowered for your current monitor you are wasting money on power that cannot be used by the system. The 3070 is better suited to higher resolution screens. Some of the experts on the forum have been running all in one liquid systems for many years without any problems. @Nursemorph @AgentCooper @Scott or @SpyderTracks are the best people to help you out with your spec.

This is my 3rd cpu liquid cooled setup.

the one this new one replaced was 2010 build, no problems.

my daughters is a 2012 build, is still fine.

close system are pretty much okay.

my last rig had 3 house moves as well.

I really cannot see point of a 360 hz monitor, it’s more of a numbers chasing marketing game.
