I am not an expert on Threadrippers, but there are a few areas I can see need improvement For a start.You would want,I have faster RAM than 2666MHz -3200MHz or faster. The 4TB Barracuda HDD is slow at 5400RPM - you would be better with a 3TB or 2x2TB. Corsair M.2 drives don’t have good write endurance. Ideally, you would have a fast Gen4 512GB M.2 for OS and applications (Firecuda 530 has best wrote endurance, or Samsung 980 Pro), with a larger M.2 for current projects (e.g. Intel 670p).

The budget is 5500. The PC is for heavy rendering. After Effects, Blender etc.

Out of curiosity, how soon do you need it? The new 5000 series Threadrippers should be due in the first half of next year and are likely to shred the current models in terms of performance.
