Need help upgrading to SSD

I have a motherboard which claims to supprt 'SATA Express' SSDs up to 10 Gb/s however I can't find any SATA Express SSDs for sale :/.

I don't know if my setup supports 'M.2', 'NMVe' or whatever.

Hiya, I'm afraid these forums are for support on pcspecialist systems only, you may want to check out an open forum like Tom's hardware.

Since its probably not a PCSpecialist system (the motherboard suggests it isn't) we cant really give any detailed replies I'm afraid.

But it should be able to take a normal SATA drive, given its age I highly suspect its wouldn't know what to do with an M.2 or NVMe
