MSI Optix 34" Quad HD 100Hz Curved Ultrawide FreeSync Gaming Monitor?

That's very budget level, it's the cheapest you can get so the panel isn't very good, you'll get ghosting and tearing.

Those 4K monitors that are around the £300 price range, you'll be limiting yourself to a 60hz refresh rate,
A 4K 144hz is needed or more ideal for the 2080 Ti.
Prices start at around £850 - £2000 for a 4K 144hz monitor, unless you can find one cheaper during a sale event ( example - "Black Friday" )

Quite a few 4K Gamers, like myself are waiting upon this monitor to be released...
LG 27GN950-B 27 Inch UltraGear™ 4K Nano IPS 1ms G-SYNC® Compatible Gaming Monitor

Which could be released in Q3/Q4 this year or in Q1/Q2 2021, there's not to much information on it as of yet, as it's still in production, i know that will be quite a wait, but it's already the most sought after 4K 144hz monitor for 4K Gaming.

You could of easily spent £2,500 on the PC for a 4K Gaming build and get the same/similar performance as the £3,500 build and you get to save £1000, which you could have used/gone towards a decent monitor 4K 144hz / 1440p Ultrawide.

It’s 1440p, completely pointless.

I’ll say it again, for that build you’re looking at a starting budget of £600 for a 1440p ultrawide. Anything less than that will be completely pointless, so you either need a bigger budget or rethink your computer and take some advice.

I don’t think you’re understanding what’s being said? Or do you not know what resolution and refresh rate is?
