OK cheers, well when the time comes I may just buy this spec as it may be cheaper but we shall see! Thanks for your help.
Yes, either would do a stronger job at 1440p. There isn't a lot to choose between them in performance for most purposes, unless you're planning to stream. I'd go with whichever is cheaper.Would it be worth getting the 6700 XT or 3060 TI if going for 1440p with the only change to the above build, I probably wouldn't change the graphics card for 4-5 years if at all. I dont know if the price jump is worth it, but I dont mind paying £100 or so extra if it worth it in the long run. Cheers!
For an extra £25, the Strix B550 board would be the best choice. It's actually a much better board and for that little extra it's probably worth it in any case.Cheers for the advice, yeah i'll have a look into that and decide, I was gonna buy soon but the motherboard is out of stock until early feb lol. I dont know if any alternative motherboards would be ok but I dont mind waiting.
Well, the 3060 Ti is cheaper anyway! So I'd choose that.OK, do you think the 3060 TI is worth it over the 6700 XT just for the DLSS, ive not used it before but Ive heard its great! The Strix B550 you mentioned is out of stock also, I shall wait until they come in!
No, I would not spend an extra £55 on the Strix. After months of indecision, I will buy the below PC!. Gaming only, no upgrading, one question - should i get the B550 Tuf or Strix, I dont really know if the extra £55 for the Strix is worth it for my purposes, I wont be overclocking and I wont be using wifi, cheers!

It's for higher tier CPUs that have far higher power draw.Aha Cheers!, what purposes would the strix be good for then?
And other features like an attractive IO plate and 2.5Gb ethernet and a BIOS flashback button. But none of these is worth £55 to my mind. It's for higher tier CPUs that have far higher power draw.
