Forgive my ignorance but how do I get PCS consent, do I have to contact the customer service or should I fill some form ? I'm new to this...

You need to call them or create a support ticket through your online account.

Explain that you're getting USB disconnects and stability issues.

yeah phone them up and if they agree they'll send a link to the new BIOS with instructions on how to install it
