What about the monitor? Resolution/refresh rate? Budget is in euro? is that correct?

Unfortunately the budget is not enough for a decent QHD gaming PC; with such budget, you can barely afford a 1080p system.

That resolution would require at least a 1600-1700€ system. You'll find a very basic build below :)

Hey thank you. Do you think it would be running games on medium settings with an 8gb amd radeon 6650? I’d like to try keep within the budget or near enough to it if possible, it won’t be ran on ultra high or even high settings, medium would be just fine too. The games would be minecraft, Warzone and stuff like that

A 6650XT is basically a 1080p GPU; same performance as 4060 (more or less).

Wait for some other advice but I wouldn't go below a 12GB 7700XT for that resolution.

Already been done above as @Ekans2011 advised previously, takes you just over, you can drop the cooler down to the standard Frostflow 150 to save a little more but you don't want to go under that.

Would there be any way at all to bring the cost down a bit? Or would you say that’s the bare minimum to run some games on medium settings

Frostflow 150 is out of stock and the 200 costs only 1€ less than the 240 liquid :ROFLMAO:

One more question I’m terribly sorry. If she swapped the CPU for a Ryzen 7 and the m.2s taken out in replacement with a 1tb Samsung ssd (more ssds to be bought and added in time) and the PSU as a 750W would that be good base to start?

Ryzen 7 would be better of course but you'll go over budget.

What do you mean with replace the M.2s with a ssd? You mean a SATA SSD ??? 😱

The minimum PSU on a build these days is 850w, that's for an entry level system, if you're looking at upgrading to a mid range tier GPU or above, then you're looking at 1200W. If you go below that, you sacrifice the upgradeability and will end up spending far more and having to rebuild the system.

Regarding the SSD, what SSD is it? If it's a SATA, a lot of modern games won't support it. If it's an M2, is it Gen 3 or Gen 4?

I believe so, but she was just asking if that would work. If not she’ll stick to the original post by yourself. I said I’d give her the difference in price so she can get something half decent

Difference in price between the CPUs is around 60€ or so.
