There's a handful of things that can be changed to make for a more balanced and cost effective build.

Whats your budget?
Whats the machine going to be used for mainly?
What monitor do you plan on using this for?

I'd go with an AMD build, thier latest chips are far better than anything Intel can produce right now they're also cheaper and you'll have more room to upgrade parts when needed.

notable changes:

CPU: The latest and greatest 5600x
Google/Youtube will tell you everything you need to know about this one

CASE: Icue 220 is the best low end RGB case. good airflow and much more colour options for the RGB thanks to the icue software.

STORAGE: Samsung m.2 is both faster and more reliable than the intel one you had

RAM: 32GB overkill for gaming nothing wrong with a little overkill but this will be a waste of money at this point unless you intend on doing some heavy photo/video editing in the near future. 16GB 3600MHz will comfortablly handle any game you can throw at it for the foreseeable future.

PSU: we've stepped it up a notch. Fully modular, ultra quiet and a little extra power to accommodate any future upgrades

COOLING: Word is The stock AMD cooler is really good and will more than handle the job. AIO (liquid) cooling would be the next step if you're considering additional cooling.

WARRANY: Silver. Worth the extra £5

It might need a tweak or 2 but I'd be looking along these lines...

OP, @liambrown951 has improved the spec for you considerably there... although he has left Chrome in there 🙄

You say you have a good monitor, may I ask for the make and model please? It helps to screen match with the GPU 👍

Okay, that is a good monitor but it's 1080p and the RTX 3070 is going to be seriously throttled by that screen. If you wanted to order straight away you'd be better off saving some money and getting the RTX 2060. If you can wait, the upcoming 3060 would be more appropriate.
