As it’s Christmas Day and I have a seven month old baby occupying my time, my assistance will be minimal. Have a read of the linked thread by our very own @Bhuna50 and see if it can help solve your woes…

1st thing I'd suggest (shot off the bow type advice) would be to check you're plugging the monitor into the correct port on the PC. If the PC has a 'dedicated GPU' then you should plug into that rather than any port on the motherboard (shown below as 'video card' the ports might look different but should be in roughly the same place on the back of your PC case).

If its not that to help anyone who is available give any more advice, the specs of the machine you're talking about would be really helpful. You can find these from your order page (the link in my sig has an explanation on how to easily copy/paste these onto the forum).

Would recommend logging into the PCS website and registering your PC with them - you'll need proof of purchase to do so. Might need an email to get it done so will probably take a few days given its the festive period just now - but worth doing.

Did you try what's been suggested above?

Yep we have tried everything & still getting the Beeping, first experience with PC so we are well out of our depth. Will register on the PCS website now

There is only a HDMI cable from the PC to the monitor
Is it plugged into the top of the case or the middle (as shown in the photo's above)? It should be in the middle section (which is the GPU), not the top section (which is the motherboard connections for CPUs that have a built-in GPU...which your's doesn't).

Also, can you cycle the input on your monitor to go through the different HDMI ports?
