Have you 'jolted' the laptop in anyway - Im not saying dropped or anything, but moved it etc.
It might be worth opening it up if you feel confident enough and checking for any loose wire that might correspond with the USB-c port - it might just be a case of clip it back in if it came loose / knocked loose during transit or anything.
If not, then if all the drivers have been installed and you have no missing devices listed (which looks to be the case) then you might have to RMA it.
I managed to fix this by installing the amd radeon software. but, still no luck with the type c port.View attachment 28808
