where do i find device manager oin windows 10.. ok found itHmmm.... If you go into device manager, is the nvidia card showing in there? I'm guessing by the symptoms perhaps not?

Ok, can you go in the up arrow in the bottom right hand of the task bar, open it and see if nvidia icon is there? Right click it and run nvidia control panel?nope says working fine

Let's try clearing the GPU drivers with DDU from here:

That will clean out the current drivers and then we can reinstall the full driver package direct from nvidia here:

You need to make sure you're installing to a clean OS, otherwise there will likely be compatibility issues, we have no idea what's been installed, just that it's not correct.could i just dl latest nvidia driver ?
