Ok, can you go in the up arrow in the bottom right hand of the task bar, open it and see if nvidia icon is there? Right click it and run nvidia control panel?

Let's try clearing the GPU drivers with DDU from here:

Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) download version 18.0.8.4

Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) - Remove AMD/NVIDIA/INTEL Graphics Drivers Cleanly - DDU is a driver removal utility that helps you completely uninstall AMD/NVIDIA graphics card drivers and packages from your system, leaving no leftovers behind, including registry keys, folders, files...

That will clean out the current drivers and then we can reinstall the full driver package direct from nvidia here:

It's literally 3 steps.

It's an exe file, you just run it from anywhere.

You need to make sure you're installing to a clean OS, otherwise there will likely be compatibility issues, we have no idea what's been installed, just that it's not correct.
