New pc beeping on startup

Just wondering if this is normal. X570 motherboard.

Seems to beep 4 tones on startup, however, if I turn the screen on before powering up the tower, I only recieve one quick beep.

Yes, it's normal.

The Asus motherboard is not detecting a monitor attached immediately and is warning you of that. I just leave the monitor to go into no-signal power-saving mode (rather than turning it off) when I turn the PC off.
