New PC gpu and cpu underperforming

seeing the reviews of userbenchmark I should probably avoid it. But who knows. I am desperate already and maybe try it lol

DON'T use userbenchmark, it's utter trash and nothing more than a virus.
Ignore their reviews. But their benchmarks are helpful for finding the fault. If all your parts tank the bench, you need to clean install windows. If only your gpu does... it’s the driver. If the gpu straight up fails... the card is broken
Got the wrong thing nevermind. Got the radeon software without thinking. I should probably RMA my head as well

so I checked the chipset driver and it is already installed in my pc. should i just go ahead and install it anyway?

Ok, then you'll have to manually download the chipset drivers from here:
The previous link you posted is just for Ryzen Master as CPU's don't require any driver.
Sorry for the late reply. I ran out of Internet unfortunately. I will try later this solution as well
So I tried installing the chipset and everything went smooth. But unfortunately nothing changed in performance
