New PC, HDMI not displaying on TV

Just received my new PC today and I've gone through numerous issues beginning with the monitor resolution being stuck at 640x480 and then after removing the HDMI we struggled to get the display at all but now the PC is refusing to even boot with an Orange DRAM Light showing.

If anyone can help it would be great

Well.. as im writing this we just clicked the reset button on the case and now that light has turned White and the computer appears to have booted up so the problem appears to be back at the display not showing up. With HDMI connected to the GPU and then straight to a TV.

Yeah we ensured all cables were in correctly, but now after a shut down and restart the PC is back to showing the orange light on the DRAM part, so I think there's a weird issue at hand where we keep cycling through these different issues. Might be best to contact PCS themselves?

Will try that for sure after Windows Update, there's a few things installing but can't imagine anything major enough to help this. Will update

So after the Windows Update nothing has really changed unfortunately. So current status is PC boots up but stays on White VGA light and we hear 1 long beep followed by 3 short beeps. And display is locked at 640x480. Have messaged PCSpecialist Tech Support but I don't expect a response any time soon. I worry to try and take a RAM stick out because of the potential for the DRAM issues to return which it seems to be a worse spot than currently. I'm not sure

1 long beep, followed by 3 short ones is a GPU error, switch off your PC, earth yourself to the chassis and pull out the GPU, then pop it back in and make sure the cables are secure.

Yeah i think so too, have dropped them a message through My Account, not sure how long they'll take but oh well. Thanks all anyway

If you knew of someone with a graphics card, I guess you could always whip it in to make sure it's the card at fault, that way PCS would send a replacement out, which is quicker than returning the PC into the repair loop
