New pc keeps crashing

did u mess with bios try and reset BIOS go in bios and load default values
better wait untill some1 approves this cuz it might be bad advice according to some people

Can you start it in Safe Mode as I suggested? If it crashes in Safe Mode then we can be reasonably sure it's a hardware problem.

Just a update for you guys I was updated and told the problem was the ram and graphics card. Both are replaced and it passed the high stress tests after they were replaced.
