New PC Overheateing

So I just purchased a PC from PCS and I can happily say... I’m disappointed.

so here are the specs

i9-9900k
2x RTX 2080ti
aorus z390 master
64gb Corsair vengeance pro RGB 3200mhz
H115i platinum

now it’s a nice build and in fact I bought 2, 1 for me and one for my partner.

So here’s the issue, her one is fine and runs perfectly...

MY ONE on the other hand, idle on the desktop on an 8% load hits 90-100c on the desktop and shuts down when I load a game. Now I don’t know how 1 was checked and this one somehow missed but I’m not overall happy. Brilliant customer service but I am currently trying to figure out what to do.

So.... any ideas?

Yeah will do, was on the phone today for over an hour and then they closed. I can understand that they’re busy so I can’t complain there. I’m very surprised however because we got our PC’s within 6 working days. However being built and tested in a day then shipped the next seems fast for 2 systems

I haven't rang them myself for anything as of yet but I have emailed them a lot and they usually get my questions answered the first time. Might be worth also sending an email too in case phone lead times are long

They usually get them built in the day and leave the test's running over night. If the following day everything looks good send for dispatch.
Its a big warehouse with lots of building stations, easily pump out dozens of PC's

Oh fair enough, I thought they’d test them while they were there and didn’t realise it was a big place, assumed it was a smaller shop like place but like quite a few of them scattered around.
