Spoke too soon, Ive checked all the connectors nothing is loose.

could it be the software?

I ran the machine with the case panel off for 30 minutes and not one disconnect, the moment i put it back on starts up again.

Sounds like a loose connection somewhere that you are disturbing when you replace the panel

can you post screenshots of what you see in icue and also behind the solid panel

Ok check all the connections into the back of the PSU, the thick cable coming out of the left hand side of the commander core is the usb connection, double check it's plugged in properly on the motherboard

have you looked in the bottom of the case near the PSU for something that looks like this ?

If its doing it when you put the case sides on the PSU cabels may be pushing against it ?

Checked all the cabels they're plugged in, I disabled iCue software on start up and ran for 30 minutes, I hear no disconnect sounds or RGB flashes. When I load up the software, the probelm begins, but today, the pump disconnected and this error popped up.

Check the pump head hex screws are tight, mine were loose causing the LED's to go off but this shouldn't cause the USB disconnects, just another thing to rule out

Actually might be worth removing it and re-inserting as there is a plug to the pump base in the back of the LED part

I have the same thing going on with my Elite Capellix, and as I just said in another thread, here is what it is: when turning on the PC and putting my password to access the PC, I get a "disconnected" sound and the RGB lighting goes off and back on right after. I found out it's cause of Armoury Crate. I diagnosed this doing a clean install of Windows, installing after that only iCUE and the problem disappeared. It got back when I installed Armoury Crate again. Nothing to worry about.

ok, open the settings in Icue and turn off the plugins, you should now be able to have armoury crate installed to control motherboard lighting and anything that isn't corsair like the gpu lighting
