ok, open the settings in Icue and turn off the plugins, you should now be able to have armoury crate installed to control motherboard lighting and anything that isn't corsair like the gpu lighting
Yeah already did that. It happens anyway but it's not a big deal. As I said, it's caused by Armoury Crate services running in background even if it's closed, it's not a problem with the AIO :)

Also, for the OP: if the RGB lighting turns off and on for a second when you boot your PC, don't worry. It's iCUE booting and taking control over the RGB with software lighting instead of hardware lighting

would your cappellix disconnect randomly throughout the day or when you do anything with load?

Sent my pc back, they found the problem.

"During the testing phase we were able to isolate the fault to the Processor and windows software errors/issues. The Processor has been replaced and we have completed a clean install of windows 10 PRO. All the latest driver software has been installed and the system now runs correctly without no issues. The cooler is showing up correct in IQUE."

once again, thanks for assistance .
