New PC side panel damage

Hi

Got a New PC from the PC Specialist yesterday
But the side panel is damaged
Not sure what to do? Took 22 days to arrive,
I just sure whether what to do
I did email them yesterday, but no reply just yet.
any advice?

Looks like a hefty bump. I would try the chat feature. Presuming it is unlikely that they can do anything this side of Christmas.... Disappointing for you for sure :(

Just RMA from your account it or get in touch via chat if you want to be 100% sure. I wouldn't bother with the email to be honest, I imagine they are extremely busy before the Christmas. I'm waiting for a panel as well. Does your pc work at least?

That looks like its been dropped to cause a problem like that - I would ensure that you check all components are seated correctly / all connections etc are tight and not come loose and check that the machine itself works first.

If all that is ok, then - as already suggested - complete an RMA on your PCS account and they will let you know then whether the whole machine has to go back or if they will just send you a side panel to swap out / returning just the side panel.

emails may take 4 or 5 days to reply to, so give them a call and discuss options.

Also check the rest of the case carefully as well because if that has been dropped, it might be that it is slightly "out" of shape - in which case you will want the whole lot to go back.

What was the state of the box it arrived in? Take pictures of that too if it looks damaged.
