So, here's my new machine from PCS! Overall super impressed with it! Really impressive turnaround time once you had the gear and more or less everything is where it should be.

Full imgur album:
+ Super clean build
+ Top quality delivery and packing
+ Everything works beautifully
+ Absolutely gorgeous
+ Overall decent cable management
+ Great communication with the customer support team, been super helpful

Specs:

Asus TUF GT501 Case
Ryzen 3900X
Corsair 32GB DDR4 Pro Vengeance RAM
ASUS TUF Gaming X-570 MOBO
Corsair H115i Platinum Cooler
Corsair 850W Power Supply, Gold/Ultra Quiet

Currently in is a Geforce GTX1070, I've got a 3080 on order separately as I've not heard glowing reviews of the Zotac cards.

My biggest criticism is the cable management. Granted, I didn't have a graphics card put in but when the PSU shroud as enough gaps to allow you to put the PCIE cables through, why it went up the back with the ATX cable is a mystery, looked super messy and had to bend the cable considerably to get it to fit. I've fitted a second PCIE cable for both 8 pin slots (I know it looks like that one of them is split across both 8pin slots, but that's just the cables hidden behind each other.

Similarly, the audio out cable was super stretched, something I've not been able to fix without doing a full rewire. It works and there's a bit of give so I'll let it slide.

The case fans weren't connected to the RGB header on the mobo, not a deal breaker but would've been nice.

And finally, I don't remember asking for PCS to slap a logo on a case they didn't provide.

Overall, PCS have been the best online custom config system I've ever used. I work in IT so it's nice to get someone else to do my day job for me as I find the whole process so much of a faff-on these days, at least at work I never had to care about cable management.

Thanks PCS for a great experience! :)

Update:

Another massive plus I hadn't checked until after this post

+ CPU has been clocked to 4.4Ghz, and the RAM clock speed has been adjusted to the full 3200Mhz instead of sitting at 2666Mhz as default. Fantastic attention to detail.

Ran Doom 2016 last night at 1440p on Ultra with the 1070 and god damn is it smooth. This keeps getting better!

To be fair, the builder probably didn't know it was a user-supplied case...
Thats a pretty poor excuse if that is the case, they should have known, the information will be available as ultimately it would form part of the build pick list or however the various components are tracked I would have thought.

My issue wouldn't be that they put their logo on it, it would be that it doesn't look centre! o_O
And that just makes it worse! - It should be able to be removed easily enough if you're wanting to do that. Thanks for sharing your experience :)

Lasers are so yesterday now....as with all things, Retro is the in thing so 2 sticks and a piece of string should do nicely ;)
You are not far wrong.

a lot of places just use simple template guides.

In my last job, We had loads made for assembly people, far cheaper some bits of wood and string Or cut outs etc.

I can confirm that the PCS logos do come off relatively easily, I caught my cat walking round with it in her mouth the other day 😑

All this de-badging talk has made me notice the badge on my case and wondering how it would look without the badge...but, in my mind, it would feel disloyal to remove it...like saying "I'm happy you built it but I am not going to advertise you built it" kind of thing
How many people check it out versus how many people you provide excellent help for on here?

or are you planning on having people check out your kit lol.
