That’s unfortunate if the gpu is dead. Will uninstalling it and reinstalling it void the warranty? Cause obvs I don’t want that however I also don’t want to send the whole build back haha
PCS have an open chassis policy, you can do whatever amendments or addition to the internals without affecting warranty so long as you don’t cause any damage in the process.

Well despite my best efforts I can’t seem to remove the gpu from the build 😂 so may have to send the entire build back unfortunately

There may be a latch where it will release the card along where it is plugged into the motherboard and a couple of screws on the left hand side which you need to take out :)

Well I have taken out the screws however it still feels attached to the rear end of the case and I’m trying with that latch but no luck so far

As it turns out I’d taken the wrong screws out, now it feels loose but still can’t do that latch and I’m afraid of wiggling it too much 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

frustrating after waiting nearly two months for it to arrive, but comes with the territory I suppose.
If you’re going for only a GPU replacement, then you’ll have one done in no time. However, if you go for a whole PC replacement, it’ll take a lot longer.

I’ll have to do some troubleshooting with a technician but hopefully It’s just the GPU that needs replacing
