We need to know a fixed maximum budget so we know what we have to work with.

We need to know your uses as it is impossible to say whether a spec is good or not without knowing what it's used for. Your spec is a bit all over the place..some areas such as the motherboard has an overspend, others such as drives have an underspend.

If any of your use is gaming, then we need to know the monitor being used as the GPU is matched to the monitor

Lastly, could you please go back to the post to forum page (where you copy/pasted that spec from) and include the Unique Configurable URL (in green at the bottom) please? Makes it easier for us to go in and edit rather than speccing from the ground up. Thank you

Sorry, more questions! What kind of work? Web browser and office documents or something more intensive like 3D modelling or video editing?

What would you be willing to spend on a new display? (Personally I'd keep at least one of your existing displays to be a secondary monitor, while getting a new, much more capable primary display.) There's no point spending this much money on a build to go with a 1080p display: you just won't get the benefit.

Work is just basic office tasks, I mainly want something decent for gaming but I have dabbled with video editing before. I happy to get whatever monitor is suited to the build. Financially, I'm not really restricted but don't want to be irresponsible.

Urm, just troubleshoot your current pc? This is a huge waste of money!

I don’t understand why people pay for a custom PC is they’re just gonna replace them whenever they get an issue, save some money and just buy an off the shelf that’s not upgradable if that’s how you want to go

I have; the issue might be the motherboard but it isn't known for sure. I will get round to fixing it eventually as I was intending to give it to my daughter and was going to get a new one anyway. It has just been brought forward earlier than I expected

So just do an RMA? You could have had that sorted ages ago

Let's start with the monitor. You want 1440p, at least 144Hz, and either IPS or QD-OLED, depending on your budget.
  • Cheap: AOC Q27G4X at £180ish (IPS, 180Hz)
  • Value: MSI MAG274QRF QD E2 at £230ish (IPS, but better, 180Hz)
  • A bit indulgdent: Asus VG27AQML1A at £330ish (IPS, 240Hz)
  • Top-tier: MSI MAG 271QPX at £630ish (QD-OLED, 240Hz)
  • The best 1440p monitor there is: Alienware AW2725DF at £779 (QD-OLED, 360Hz)
There's an element to which, after hitting 144Hz, going a lot further is a waste as you're unlikely to perceive it (especially if you're old enough to have a daughter!), but there are other advantages to the top-tier monitors beyond the framerate, such as black levels, colour accuracy and response time.

As for the PC itself, there's one big decision to make, which is over the CPU. The best CPU there is right now is the 7800X3D, though it's out of stock and not due back for a month (and that due date has changed several times so far, so don't hold your breath). There are rumours that its replacement, the 9800X3D, will be out about that time too. Or you could decide to save some money on the CPU and get the still-very-capable 9700X or even the (pretty cheap) 7700. The latter may need upgrading sooner, but it's a very capable gaming chip. There's no single right decision here.

Other decisions are pretty easy: what's the best value in your budget. Right now that ends up all-AMD. Here's where I'd personally land:
