They're A(dressable)RGB fans meaning they can show more than one colour at once. You will be able to control the colours, it looks like there's an RGB button on the top of the case which will allow you to flick through presets (so won't be controlled by motherboard software or be able to directly link up to other ARGB components).

I just got my PC, and this is the case I chose ... and the fans are very loud. Both the 3 in front and the one in the back. Adjusting them in BIOS does nothing to change that ...
