You're looking at running 1440p 120fps, any reason behind the 2 1080p 75hz monitors? 1080p is redundant especially if you're using a 2070 super, if also wait a few days as the new rtx 3000 series releases on the 1st, but if you give me a budget I'll get a parts list sorted and see if you like it

I have a budget of around 1.5 to 2000 GBP in whole and no reason for the monitors just selected something mid range with a 1ms refresh rate tbh i have a mate who will be able to sort me the monitors i need so the monitors arent too important nor the Kb&M as i already have them aswell.

Any information and help is appreciated thank you :)

This will thank any game you through at it and will be amazing if you want to stream and other things, but keep in mind the new rtx 3000 series cards release in just under a week so I would hold up until then and get the 3080 instead of the 2080 super for around the same price.
If you have anything you want to know such as benchmarks and other things I'm happy to find them out and help put a list together perfect for your liking

I'm planning on going full out on my first ever watercooling rig just waiting for the damn release, probably going to end up being a £4.5-6k system but I plan on it lasting a while and being a long term project as saving up for this has taken a while haha

I really wouldn’t recommend this for 1440p 144hz, it’s not well balanced at all.

I would wait for the new nvidia cards to be announced on the 1st September.

My mate said to use the ryzen 5 3600x or XT as the CPU as thats all i will need instead of the 7 because i’m mainly using it just for gaming and not streaming etc. Aswell as that with the GPU he advised to just use a 2060 super or 2060 flat as that will make it able to run 1080 at 120 at the rig i first suggested is that balanced ? I will also be running the 1440 for single player games and 1080 mainly for competitive play

Why limit yourself to 1080p? At this budget you can afford 1440p 240Hz which would be significantly better even for competitive play.

But I wouldn't buy it just yet, the new cards are being announced next week and will go on pre order very shortly afterwards. They're set to be 40% more powerful so you'll get a lot more for your money. They also make things like full Ray Tracing actually doable with only a 10% hit to performance rather than the current 70% hit, as well as other significant technology improvements with DLSS and other things.

Yeah, that's sensible. Your budget allows for a very capable system and 1080p would hold it back.

There's an amazing 1440p 240Hz monitor here which would be worth considering:
