It should be able to cope with most games but it won't do anything crazy like 1440p, video encoding is something you would have to leave to run overnight, etc. You can get more for your money though!

1 - Go for an AMD build, have a look at some benchmarks and choose the right CPU for you. An i9-9XXX is almost never going to be the correct choice at the moment.
2 - Your RAM, with the CPU money saved get higher rated RAM modules and get two DIMMS (i.e.2x8GB) as that will use both motherboard RAM channels.
3 - The graphics card - not a bad choice but now is just a bad time to buy one. Nvidia is releasing the 3XXX series soon and in a few months you'll be able to buy the 2XXX series on the cheap.
4 - Don't worry about the thermal paste.
5 - If you have any extra money from switching to an AMD CPU try to grab an M2 SSD

Something like this.... others may jump in and have a look too

edit... could up the motherboard to the x570 for better support for newer chips / pci-e 4 m.2 drives.

(To me) it's looks fine and you're getting a lot more bang for your buck with the memory, SSD, etc. There are tons of more knowledgeable guys on here who will probably pop-in to give you a second opinion :)

1660 Super would be a better choice, it's the replacement for the Ti (Ti is older).

I would definitely consider the X570 over the B450. Just for future potential. If you are absolutely certain you have no intention of upgrading the CPU throughout the lifetime of the build then the B450 would be fine.
