No boot after windows 10 update

Laptop did not reboot after update.
are Boot Option Priorities correct, see attached file.

if I change to Realtek PXE B04 D00 I get message, see attached file.

File not there but boot option should be whichever drive the OS is on.

Move the GST HTS545050A up one spot as that is your hard drive at the moment it's trying to boot from a cd /dvd drive

F7 should take you to the boot order.

it is not a new laptop.
This happened during/after an update to Windows 10 yesterday.
