No delivery

Ordered a very well spec laptop but no delivery since last thurday no reply to my email and I paid extra for a fast delivery.
I am digusted with the service and I really would like my money back but unfortunately the company does not answer email nor keep customers informed.
May be this post will get someone attention but somehow I doubt it.
I am really sorry to have ordered an expensive laptop from them.

I didn't think the fast-track option was actually available at the mo for anything - though its possible it is for some laptops, but the fastest fast track is 3 working days dispatch - was that available for the laptop you ordered and which fast-track did you order if you did so?
Currently its either the 2nd or 3rd working day today since Thursday (depending when it was on Thursday you ordered)

Or was it a next-day delivery PC?

I would expect a delay on email at the moment due to the large amount of bank holidays there has been lately, phone is much faster

If you give them a ring tomorrow I'm sure you will be able to cancel without any issue. The email can be slow with the pandemic etc.

Also, should you be outside the UK, there’s customs to deal with. Given that the vast majority of Europe grinds to a halt on December 24th for around a week, it may have been somewhat unrealistic to expect the fast track option to be feasible.

As @Scott says, give them a call. You’ll get a response much more quickly 🙂👍

Also, to add to the general nightmare of Christmas delivery backlogs, Brexit and the pandemic absences delaying everything, (and no idea if this applies to you, but it caught me out this week) Scotland had an extra bank holiday we didn't get in England.

I had an Amazon delivery guaranteed for last Friday and I hear it's now due tomorrow - that's just life in the UK right now.

If an amazon guaranteed delivery is late you can get compensation for that
